The successful candidate will partner with business unit leaders to translate organisational priorities into practical workforce strategies. This will include strengthening talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning, building organisational capacity, and ensuring that regional HR initiatives remain aligned with both corporate objectives and local market requirements.
The position covers the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and offboarding. You will also contribute to annual salary and bonus reviews, promotion exercises, compensation benchmarking, international assignments, and retention strategies for critical talent.
Beyond talent management, the role carries important responsibility for employee relations, HR governance, payroll coordination, employment compliance, internal controls, and regional manpower budgeting.
