The role

We are looking for a Human Resources intern to support our HR and administration work at our office in Menara UAC, Mutiara Damansara. This is a 3 to 6 month internship on a 5-day week, with a monthly allowance. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help with recruitment: post job ads, screen applications and schedule interviews
• Prepare onboarding documents and help new staff settle in
• Keep staff records and HR files organised and up to date
• Help track attendance and leave
• Help prepare HR letters, forms and simple reports
• Support day-to-day office tasks, including welcoming guests, when needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, and available for a 3 to 6 month internship; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good written and spoken English
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with people
• Organised, careful with details and respectful of personal information
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
