1. Assist in downtime reports and assist in manpower rostering
2. Responsible support engineering administration work including filing system related to Engineering, in/out correspondence such as preparing document and courier service, printing, scanning, etc
3. Responsible for preparing the report to the Base Chief Engineer/Supervisor on work activities status on a regular basis.
