Responsibilities
- Understand the e-commerce platform market by conducting competitor research on product categories, pricing, and promotional strategies, and recommend timely adjustments to operational plans.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Xiaohongshu.
- Oversee the overall planning and performance of online stores, including product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute advertising campaigns, develop engaging content, and support promotional initiatives.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, seller centre features, tools, and best practices to optimize store performance.
- Collect, compile, and provide data analysis and performance reports to support the Marketing team in strategic decision-making.
