Requirements
Proficiency in speaking, reading and typing in both English and Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified) is required
Available to work full-time:
Night shift: Thursday to Monday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and handle urgent situations professionally
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Aviation, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel industry (experience in reservation systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan is an advantage)
Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome; training will be provided
Responsibilities
Handle airline ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, and cancellations
Ensure accurate ticketing and fare calculations in compliance with airline policies
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and customers for smooth ticketing processes
Provide excellent customer service and resolve ticket-related inquiries efficiently
Monitor flight schedules and changes, and communicate updates to customers
Maintain accurate ticketing records and reports
Support after-sales services such as refunds, changes, and disruptions
