Requirements
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service through effective handling of inbound and outbound calls. This role ensures customer enquiries, complaints, and requests are managed professionally, empathetically, in compliance with company policies
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.
To handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2.
To perform verification and follow‑up calls where required
3.
To resolve customer issues within agreed turnaround times and service levels.
4.
To update & record calls record in dedicated system.
5.
To provide accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to customer satisfaction TNPS
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Education: High school diploma/Graduate in Business Administration
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant email handling/customer service and insurance background.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
1.
Experience in insurance is an added advantage.
2.
Good command of verbal communication.
3.
Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
4.
Must be patient and have a polite personality with ability to handle difficult and emotional customers from different background.
5.
Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
6.
PC literate (Ms Office)
