Provide online operational marketing support by engaging and assisting with client onboarding, client success and execution of various online marketing initiatives.
Manage and update client databases, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Ensure all marketing activities align with guidelines and company policies.
