Requirements
At least 2 years experience in IT support
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Meticulous and attention to details
Have an open mind-set with strong perseverance attitude
Proactive with good time management skills
Responsibilities
Provide IT support remotely and onsite for Rentalworks clients
Manage support tickets via Rentalworks ServiceDesk to ensure SLAs are met
IT support on all end user computing devices; laptops, desktops, tablets & other IT devices
Work on IT projects on planning and implementation
Provide preventive maintenance support on a fixed scheduling
Reports to Group IT Support Manager
