Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the technology or sales industry

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Creativity and a keen eye for detail to conceptualise and execute visually appealing and engaging events

Proficient in using event management software and tools

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field

Liaise with internal teams and external dealers to plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions

Manage to negotiate with suppliers, dealer and ensure cost-effective event execution

Collaborate closely with outlet team members to ensure seamless coordination and effective event implementation.

Coordinate and oversee the set-up and dismantling of event booths and displays

Provide on-site support and supervision during events to ensure seamless operations

Analyse event data and provide post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Actively engage with customers during events to promote products, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales conversion.

Work on weekends and public holidays based on event schedules.
