Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, International Relations, Event Management, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, or other languages are an advantage.
- Passionate about international business, global trade, and networking.
- Comfortable communicating with business professionals from different countries.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Research companies, importers, distributors, retailers, and business partners across different countries.
- Build and maintain relationships with international buyers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Assist in recruiting international buyers for leading trade exhibitions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Conduct market research on various industries including Beauty, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Furniture, and Consumer Products.
- Maintain CRM databases and prepare business reports.
- Coordinate meetings between exhibitors and international buyers.
- Support international business development projects.
- Work closely with overseas clients, organizers, and business partners.
- Assist during international exhibitions when required.
