Responsibilities
Shift Hours: 4 pm - 12 am
Monday - Saturday
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, accurately processing payments and updating guest information in the property management system.
Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally via phone, email, and in person, offering assistance with local attractions, dining recommendations, and hotel services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and information are readily available.
Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, message taking, and maintaining guest records.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests, encouraging them to utilize hotel facilities.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure prompt resolution of guest needs and requests.
Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile daily reports.
Possess basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software systems.
Demonstrate a friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a customer-facing role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
