Responsibilities

  • Shift Hours: 4 pm - 12 am

  • Monday - Saturday

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression of the hotel.

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, accurately processing payments and updating guest information in the property management system.

  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally via phone, email, and in person, offering assistance with local attractions, dining recommendations, and hotel services.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and information are readily available.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, message taking, and maintaining guest records.

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests, encouraging them to utilize hotel facilities.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure prompt resolution of guest needs and requests.

  • Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile daily reports.

  • Possess basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software systems.

  • Demonstrate a friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a customer-facing role.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
