Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent practical experience or strong leadership involvement during studies are also welcome.

• Experience Level: Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal working experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating smartphones, mobile apps, and computer systems efficiently.

• Shift Flexibility: Prepared to work on a 6-day rotational shift schedule (Morning, Mid, Night), including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Operations & Front Desk: Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, verify identification, handle guest inquiries, manage lost & found and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Quality Control & Property Inspections: Conduct regular floor patrols, inspect cleaned units against established quality standards, and log any maintenance requirements.

• Asset & Inventory Coordination: Oversee guest amenities, manage linen handover counts with laundry service providers, and monitor chemical and cleaning equipment stock.

• System Management & Shift Closings: Update room statuses in real-time within our Property Management System (PMS), manage shift cash/card closures, and conduct thorough face-to-face handovers with incoming shifts.
