Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel or resort operations (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Preferably candidates who possess their own transport and have a valid driving licence

Summary

Oversee and ensure smooth daily resort operations by coordinating departments, managing resources, and supporting the Resort Manager to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Scope

• Supervise daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and kitchen

• Monitor guest services, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain hospitality standards

• Assist in operational planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
