Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience in retail, supermarket, or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and account closing
  • Handle daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
  • Monitor cash flow and financial records
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and audit matters
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Support finance team operations and process improvements
