Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role for 1-2 years.
Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Experience with financial record keeping, including accurate data entry and maintaining the general ledger.
Skilled in performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Million, Autocount, Xero, SQL, or similar) is essential; specific software proficiency will be evaluated.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (ZH) is required for daily operations and client interactions.
Willingness to work full-time onsite at our Kota Kinabalu office.
岗位职责
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of cash balances.
Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents as required by management.
Manage and organize financial documents, ensuring proper filing and retrieval for audit and review purposes.
Utilize accounting software proficiently to manage financial data, generate reports, and support various accounting functions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the accounting department and provide support for ad-hoc financial tasks.
