Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource Management only
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam (KEN RIMBA, SEKSYEN 16)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource specialization
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Good knowledge of labour legislation and relevant labour laws
Familiar with the HR software system
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrable leadership
Read and understand all requirement mention in list
Responsibilities
Handle the full spectrum of HR including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitments, employees welfare and training administration
To handle filing and matters related to company employees' EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax
Implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and practices
Assist the colleagues / HOD to handle staff disciplinary issue, staff counselling, termination and other matter relates in compliance with labour law
Answer any queries from teams regarding HR matters.
Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation Prepare necessary reports assigns by management
Liaise with relevant Government office for statutory
Perform other ad hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior from time to time
