Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Language Proficiency:Fluency in theKhmer language (written and spoken) to support and manage the Cambodia market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Background or experience in customer service, telesales, sales support, or client management.

• Experience responding to customer inquiries via multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat, etc.).

• Familiarity with using CRM systems to log and update customer information accurately.

General Capabilities:

• Driven to achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and provide effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Capable of processing orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

• Ability to work flexible hours under a contract arrangement.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

Process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.

Khmer language required for handling Cambodia Market.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
