1. Bachelor's degree or above, Strong English communication and writing skills are required. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media operations, or community management.

2. Familiar with the operation rules and ecosystem of mainstream social media platforms abroad (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)

3. Strong sense of internet culture and trends, with the ability to independently create high-quality English content across multiple formats, including copywriting, Threads, short videos, and podcasts.

4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights.

5. Adapting to the fast pace of a start-up company, “done and tested” is better than “perfect but delayed.”

1. Account Operation:

Manage and operate overseas social media platforms such as X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and Reddit, including daily operations, content creation, and community engagement.

2. Expert Collaboration:

Identify and collaborate with overseas KOLs, influencers. Plan collaboration content (such as reviews, Threads, short videos, etc.), and enhance brand exposure and influence.

3. Content Planning and execution:

Transform product features and logic into user-friendly content, not limited to demos, use cases, copywriting, and short videos, etc.

4. Event Planning:

Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns (such as referral challenges, winning streak rewards, holiday limited events).

5. Data tracking:

Weekly tracking of post-level data (reach, saves, sharing, homepage visits) on various platforms, outputting a review summary, and forming a closed-loop workflow.

6. Trend Capture:

Timely detect popular audio, content formats, and viral topics, and quickly adapt them to match the brand tone. Optimize content strategies and growth plans based on data feedback to improve customer acquisition efficiency and ROI.

7. Insight Output:

Collect user feedback and insights to build a positive feedback loop that supports product iteration and continuous improvement.
