SPM, Diploma or above in any field

Skilled in short-form video shooting and editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content strategies and platform algorithms

Experience managing social media accounts or personal content channels is preferred

Applicants are encouraged to provide portfolio links, social media handles or sample work

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging captions and video scripts

Comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage

Creative, proactive and capable of working independently

Able to analyse platform insights and optimise content performance accordingly

Strong time management and execution skills

Plan, create and publish content across brand social media platforms

Produce short-form videos, including filming, editing, subtitles and cover designs

Write and publish content for Xiaohongshu, Instagram and Facebook

Develop and manage monthly content calendars

Monitor and analyse content performance including reach, engagement, follower growth and trending content

Create creative assets for advertising campaigns and optimise content based on campaign performance

Engage with followers through comments and direct messages

Direct potential customers to the customer service team for conversion

Support marketing campaigns, online promotions and community activities

Increase brand awareness, audience engagement and organic conversions

Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices
