Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): 3Ds Max(Preferable), MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software.
  • Good attitude and willing to learn.
  • Responsible and passionate about interior design. Possess a good balance of design flair and sense of practicality.
  • Independent and responsible
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge in prepare material application and drawings 2D & 3D perspective.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience required.
  • Required to travel for attending site meetings.
  • Experience in corporate office is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts. Expected to interpret complex client needs and translate them into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Produce of detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max). This includes ensuring all shop drawings meet buildability standards and local building codes.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate directly with and project teams and procurement teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and negotiating revisions. Collaborate with external architect, consultants, such as M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) engineers and contractors.
  • Guide and review the work of junior designers to maintain design quality and foster professional growth within the firm.
