Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in Construction Field.
Requires language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Professional certification as additional credits.
Self-Motivated, Positive attitude and responsible character.
Responsibilities
Preparing full tender documentation for review.
Responsible for cost calculation,project coasting accordingly to BQ.
Preparing of project progress claim,variation order for updates.
Dealing with sub-contractor payment.
Attend site valuation and measurement of work done.
