Relevant sales experience is preferred, especially in interior design, renovation, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.

Able to manage customers independently and drive conversions.

Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.

Able to communicate in Mandarin; English and Bahasa Malaysia are added advantages.

Possess own transport is an advantage.

Handle customer inquiries from online, walk-in, and referrals.

Understand customer needs and propose suitable interior and renovation solutions.

Arrange appointments, site visits, and measurements.

Follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer feedback.

Work closely with design, quotation, and operations teams to close sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
