Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of working experience relevant to construction would be added advantage
- Extensive knowledge and competent in Malaysian Construction Management activities
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in feasibility studies, project planning, tendering process, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaison
- Familiar and well verse with architectural, civil/structural, mechanical & electrical drawings, specifications, building by-laws and requirements
- Computer literate and excel in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
- Skills required: Project Management, Budgeting, Construction Methods, Contract Management and Team Leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the project team to complete assigned project(s) in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with the safety and high standard quality
- To coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and attend site meeting
- Preparing & submitting tender document and proposal
- Prepare reports & documentation on project progress
- Prepare BQ/quotation
- Prepare project costing and budget control
- Analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implications, emergencies or delay of work
- Ensure defects and complaints during hand over and defect liability period are properly handled and controlled
