Certificate / Diploma in Construction

Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience, preferably high-rise projects.

Strong knowledge of construction sequence and site coordination.

Able to read construction drawings.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to work long hours and under site conditions.

Site-based position.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.

Monitor site workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety requirements.

Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel.

Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager / Engineer.

Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.

Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are properly managed on site.

Resolve day-to-day site issues and support smooth project execution.
