Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate

Responsible for overseeing renovation and construction projects from start to finish.

Work location is primarily in Kuala Lumpur, with the possibility of traveling to project sites in other states as needed.

Must have own transportation, be responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

SPM or higher qualification; practical experience is more important than academic qualifications

Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in the renovation/construction industry

Ability to read engineering drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor work

Read and interpret renovation/construction drawings on site

Ensure project quality, schedule, and safety compliance

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team

Report site progress and issues to management

Utilize AutoCAD for drawing review and on-site coordination
