Requirements
Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
At least 3 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong knowledge of accounting and HR principles, practices, and software (e.g. UBS Accounting and Payroll)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous financial records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to management and clients
Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Responsibilities
To handle full set of accounts
To perform the day to day processing or financial transactions and to ensure all the transaction are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable
To perform general HR & administrative work including payroll, maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and government regulations
Representing the company professionally liaised with auditor, tax agent, bankers, insurers and solicitors regarding financial transactions and building strong relationships with them
