Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
Interested in Human Resources and/or live streaming industry
Preferably with basic knowledge or interest in recruitment, content, or digital media
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to multitask and work well in a team
Responsibilities
Assist in daily Human Resources operations such as recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
Assist in managing live streaming operations and streamer coordination
Help plan and organize live content and daily schedules
Monitor live performance data and assist in basic reporting
Support the team in handling real-time live streaming issues
Assist in general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
