Assist teachers and the Academic Affairs Office to manage the course progress and arrangement to ensure the smooth progress of the course.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including formulating and implementing promotional plans for the tuition center, designing and distributing promotional materials, and building trust and good reputation with parents and students.
Handle complaints and problems from students and parents, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain the front desk environment of the tuition center to ensure that the front desk is clean and tidy, in line with the company's image
