- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.- Proven recruitment experience in the IT / technology / ERP / consulting industry (highly preferred).- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour practices, and HR compliance.- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.- Agile, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
