Forklift operators are responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. They are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts. Moreover, they perform the filling of orders and check the accuracy of other orders.

Responsibilities

• To handle delivery arrangements and prepare goods for delivery

• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.

• Order picking of products to ensure accuracy.

• To update product incoming status.

• To perform a periodical stock check.

• Practice good housekeeping in the work area, tidy and safe for a conducive work environment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is related to this position.

• Hardworking and able to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy, and willing to work overtime.

• Possess Forklift Licenses and experience in using forklifts in a warehouse and production environment will be an added advantage.

1. Responsible for the design review of Machine Control Center (MCC), Machine Control System (MCS), power factor correction equipment

2. Responsible for the conduct of factory acceptance test, participate in the performance/ commissioning test run and identify areas need to rectification or improvement

3. To co-ordinate with automation engineer, instruction engineer, engineering design vendor and automation equipment vendor (DCS) to establish the communication design between MCC, IO cabinets of DCS, equipment PLC, local operator panels and junction boxes

4. n charge of day-to-day operation of electrical control equipment

5. Prepare inspection and maintenance plan, upgrading plan, budget and schedule

6. Develops and supports corrective actions associated with automation related deviations/investigations

7. Initiate and lead collaboration within the Operations, Quality, and Technical organizations to resolve complex problems

8.Transform the job knowledge to ND Paper staff

Responsibility:

1. Upload incoming lorry and check order against delivery order.

2. Load outgoing lorry with customer orders and check delivery order.

3. Check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and report any non-compliance to the superior.

4. Transfer goods to the designated storage area.

5. Assist in the effective completion of inventory audits.

6. Maintain storage areas in a safe & tidy manner and keeps work areas clean and organized.

7. Drive forklift with safety precaution, work in a manner that does not endanger yourself or others, and report accidents/incidents to your supervisor.

8. Perform other forklift operations as requested.

Requirements:

1. Min SPM and above

2. With a Forklift driving license
