Reporting to the HR Manager, locally and in Japan;
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department;
Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Overseeing performance reviews and maintaining employee records.
Tracking department budgets.
Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibility of receiving & binning of stock & ensuring integrity of stocks.
Ensure strict compliance to company policies & procedures pertaining to parts operations and inventory control/issue and assist in the achievement of the targeted stock turnover ratio.
Ensure prompt back order, follow-up and supply of parts to all customers.
Responsible for achievement of targeted counter and workshop sales target and net contribution.
Responsible for the achievement of an efficient parts administration and regularly undertake effective housekeeping activities.
Responsible for the achievement of the relevant CSI target score.
Ensure efficient warranty administration, strict compliance to warranty policies, procedures and guidelines.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
