-Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.-Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a management position.-Experience in manufacturing industries such as food, FMCG, plastics, or packaging.-Good understanding of food safety standards and production processes.-Strong leadership and communication skills.-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines.-Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (such as AutoCount).-Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.

Develop new flour types, blends, and specialty products (e.g., high-protein, functional, or customized flours) based on market trends and consumer needs.
Conduct baking/noodle/pastry trials to evaluate flour performance in end-products.
