Responsible for making payment (bank-in) after receiving the money "Cash-on-Delivery".

Dispatcher needed either FULL TIME or PART TIME in Selangor North area.

Responsible for monitoring the standby and arrival punctuality of trucks;

Responsible for the overall management of vehicles after the company signs the contract and the daily work communication with suppliers;

Responsible for arranging and guiding the company's operating vehicle routes and scheduling work;

Responsible for the management of vehicle resources in Malaysia Deployment and management;

Responsible for recording the monthly statistical work of the daily operation status of vehicles on the entire network;

Responsible for assisting in traffic planning and testing new routes, and planning vehicles to go online.

Assist the manager in other vehicle dispatch work

Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.

Preparing daily work such as schedules

Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.

Responsible for overall day to day store operation on receiving, storage, picking and packing of goods and to ensure IT is accurate as per invoice or delivery order.

Ensure all store facilities & equipment is properly maintained and labelled.

Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse.

Perform dispatch duties for company affairs.

Ensure safely in driving, lorry / motorbike must be kept clean and in good condition.

Timely delivery of goods to customer and get customer to stamp & sign the delivery order.

Ensure prompt servicing of vehicles according to schedule as well as vehicles inspection.

Monday to Friday

Motor allowance RM 200 per month

Phone allowance RM 30 per month

Collect and deliver documents to clients

Need to have own motorcycle

Valid driving and motorcycle license

Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English language

-Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

-Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements

-Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
