Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is an advantage.

Must possess a valid motorcycle driving licence and own a motorcycle with valid road tax and insurance.

Willing to travel as required for deliveries and collections.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow delivery instructions.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in English

Responsible, punctual, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Handle daily deliveries, collections, and dispatch activities.

Ensure all items are delivered to the correct customers or clients on time

Communicate with customers or clients regarding delivery arrangements when necessary.

Complete the logbook for each delivery and obtain the customer's or client's signature and company chop upon delivery.

Maintain accurate delivery records and submit the completed logbook to management on a monthly basis.

Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and maintained.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
