About the Role:Evolution Commerce is looking for motivated, adaptable HR Interns to join our Business Development Recruitment team, with a key focus on mass hiring for couriers, drivers, sorters, and frontline operational roles.This is not a traditional HR internship. You will be exposed to recruitment as a business function, supporting workforce supply, operational readiness, digital hiring, employer branding, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled recruitment initiatives.As we pivot toward digital reach, you will support recruitment campaigns through digital hiring channels and data-driven candidate outreach. You will also gain exposure to modern recruitment digitalisation, including AI-assisted sourcing, candidate database management, hiring workflows, dashboards, automation support, and continuous process improvement.The role includes hands-on manual tasks, while giving fresh talents the opportunity to learn how people, business, branding, AI, and digital tools work together to solve real workforce challenges.
Requirements- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.- A CGPA of 3.5 and above is an added advantage.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.- Familiarity with CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or social media tools is a plus.- Creative, proactive, and willing to appear on social media content or livestreams.- Prior formal or informal gig/work experience is an advantage.

Operational HRBP Support: Assist senior HRBPs in rolling out global or company-wide HR programs, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
Data & Analytics Reporting: Gather and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and performance data) to help HRBPs identify workforce trends and prepare reports for leadership.
Employee Relations Assistance: Handle baseline employee inquiries, support first-line conflict resolution, and assist managers with standard policy interpretations under the guidance of a senior HRBP.

Diploma/College degree or above; Human Resources, Administration, Business Administration or related fields preferred.Minimum 3 years of full-cycle HR & Admin experience in Malaysia, covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, personnel records and office administration.Familiar with Malaysian Labour Law / Employment Act, employment contracts, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/tax and payroll processes.Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); able to liaise independently with employees, suppliers, government bodies and HQ.Able to establish and improve local HR & Admin systems, handle labour matters, control administrative costs, coordinate activities and prepare reports.Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, with strong communication, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.Valid Malaysian work eligibility/residence status and long-term stability preferred; Chinese-funded company experience is an advantage.Ability to liaise with government agencies and other internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource, HR Management, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
