What's the Skill Required?

• Diploma and above in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, Nursing, or any relevant field

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail management, store management, or related supervisory roles

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or therapy-based services is an added advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage operations, staff coordination, and customer service effectively

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn sinus therapy treatments and product knowledge

• Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset

What's Your Role?

Assess clients and recommend suitable treatments and products

Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate sinus therapy treatments and health products to ensure effective and personalized care.

Educate clients and maintain treatment records

Provide clear aftercare guidance and ensure all treatment records are accurately updated and maintained.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and service standards

Enforce strict compliance with SOPs, maintaining a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment at all times.

Handle customer inquiries and service recovery

Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive client experience.

Build strong client relationships

Develop rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits, loyalty, and referral growth.

Oversee daily operations

Manage opening and closing procedures, ensure treatment areas are ready, and support smooth daily store operations.

Support inventory and merchandising

Assist with stock count, inventory updates, and ensure proper product display and organization.

Prepare monthly reports

Compile and submit monthly performance and operational reports accurately and on time.

Achieve sales targets

Contribute to monthly sales targets through treatment services and product recommendations. Commission-based incentives included.
