Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandising Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising product layouts to improve store presentation, customer experience and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related field.

• Have experience in retail planogramming is required.

• Experience in planogram management, visual merchandising, retail operations or related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

• Good understanding of retail space planning, product placement and merchandising strategies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and planogram software/tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Willing to travel to stores/outlets when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain planograms to optimise product placement, visibility and space utilisation.

• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to recommend effective product arrangements.

• Collaborate with merchandising, retail and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of planograms.

• Review and update product displays based on seasonal changes, promotions and business requirements.

• Conduct store visits to monitor planogram execution and provide improvement recommendations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product placement aligns with company strategies and guidelines.

• Prepare reports and provide insights on merchandising performance and space optimisation.

• Ensure planogram standards are consistently maintained across all assigned locations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
