Job Description

Requirements

  • 所需软件知识：AUTOCOUNT 会计软件和 Microsoft Office。

  • 能够独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神。

  • 强大的分析和解决问题的能力。

  • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。

  • 具备5–6年相关会计工作经验

  • 所需语言：华话、马来语和英语。

Responsibilities

  • 负责全盘账务处理，包括应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）

  • 处理公司电子发票（E-Invoice）**相关事务

  • 负责日常会计工作，确保账务记录及系统符合公司政策、会计准则及相关法定与税务要求

  • 计算政府应缴税款、并确保按时缴纳

  • 每月进行账目对账及核对（Reconciliation）

  • 与公司秘书、审计师、税务代理及银行就相关事务进行沟通与协调

  • 负责薪资相关工作，包括EPF（公积金）、SOCSO（社险）、EIS、PCB（个人所得税）、花红、雇用合同盖章等事项

  • 协助公司处理各类临时任务、报告及数据分析工作

  • 完成管理层不时交办的其他会计相关工作
