Present the agency's services, capabilities, and value proposition to clients through effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of qualified candidates.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts, to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws or regulations related to manpower recruitment.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process, addressing any client concerns or issues.
Design website images, product image and social platform material each week.
Create and manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Tik tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu to engage with the target audience and build brand loyalty.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on campaign performance
