Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Studies, Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or related fields.

Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, and typing).

Able to read and understand Traditional Chinese characters; familiarity with Simplified Chinese is an advantage.Willing to travel within Malaysia, including outstation assignments, when required by project needs.

Comfortable working both in office and outdoor environments for site data collection activities.

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data entry and record indexing tasks.

Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and online systems.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Possessing a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.

Minimum internship duration of 3 months preferred.

Capture and collect record information using mobile devices and digital tools.

Perform data entry and indexing of genealogical and cemetery records.

Verify and review collected data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Travel to project sites across Malaysia when required.

Assist in project documentation, reporting, and quality control activities.

Support genealogy, heritage preservation, and AI data-related projects assigned by the company.

Ability to read handwritten Mandarin or Traditional Chinese characters.

Interest in genealogy, family history, historical research, or cultural heritage preservation.

Experience in data entry, transcription, translation, or research projects is an advantage.

Familiarity with photography or mobile-based data collection is a plus.
