- Manage office utilities related to water bill, electricity, mobile phone bills to be closely monitored and forward to Finance Department for payment.
- Oversee office equipment, office furniture and office facilities e.g. asset registration, aging, disposal, transfer, maintenance / servicing, routine inspection, etc.
- Responsible for tenancy matters and legal instruction from the Company from time to time.
- Assist on the establishing and implementing of administration policy and procedures.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of cleaning service in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the company, including inside building, surrounding building and the gardening.
- Plan, source, analyze quotations, negotiate with suppliers and purchase according to business objectives, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff welfare programme such as birthday celebration for staff.
- Supervise and guide admin staff from time to time.

1. To edit the artwork from P&D as per requested by the Sales Representatives and to be completed within the given time frame.
2. Arrange and keep master cards prepare from P&D according customer.
3. Inkjet Printer –To prepare the artwork and convert file required for the inkjet printer according to production schedule.
4. To assist in Inkjet machine technical support & training

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Graphic, Multimedia, Web Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in design software; Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Adobe Acrobat Pro are required and knowledge in After Effect, Adobe Premier Pro and usage on video editing are added advantages.
• Familiar with digital and offset printing including materials specifications and color separation.
1. Monitor day-to-day production operation activities, planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the operation activities with the objective to achieve production goals.
2. Ensure the efficient performance of production by providing leadership, motivation, effective communication and on-job training to the production personnel.
3. Ensure proper documentation and reports are submitted by all shift supervisors.
4. Liaise with quality assurance (QA) and customer service in new product development and resolve product quality problem.
5. Checking and receiving daily job schedule provided by planning department.
6. Ensure proper controlling of production wastage to achieve Company’s goal.
7. Ensure positive inter-departmental co-ordination to achieve effective communication and productivity.
8. Plan, implement and maintain productivity improvement programmes and encourage personnel to contribute and actively participate in these programmes.
9. Handle discipline or grievances and constantly monitor personnel moral to ensure workplace harmonious.
10. Perform job analysis, performance review of personnel and recommending additional formal / informal training, promotions and transfers.
11. To carry out any other assignments deemed fit by the Management or superior for the betterment of the Company.
