Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content-editing tools is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Comfortable communicating with students, parents, schools, and education partners.

• No prior working experience is required; training will be provided.

Job Scope

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and other platforms.

• Design simple promotional materials, posters, and social media visuals.

• Assist with short-video filming, editing, copywriting, and content scheduling.

• Support the promotion of education fairs, school talks, workshops, campus tours, and other events.

• Assist during events, including registration, photography, videography, and student engagement.

• Conduct basic market research on education trends, competitors, courses, and target audiences.

• Respond to social media enquiries and forward potential student leads to education counsellors.

• Update marketing databases, campaign records, and performance reports.

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
