Experience in sales, marketing, education, franchise or business development will be an added advantage.

• Develop and follow up with potential franchise leads.

• Present YELAOSHR’s franchise business model to interested prospects.

• Support franchise consultation and business presentations.

• Build good relationships with franchisees, business partners and potential investors.

• Assist in market research, sales planning and franchise expansion activities.

• Support new franchise partners during onboarding and centre opening preparation.

• Travel for business meetings, events, roadshows and franchise support when required.

• Work closely with the management team to achieve business development targets.
