We are looking for anAdmin Executiveto join our dynamic team. This role provides critical support to the operations, project, and sales teams. You will be responsible for streamlining the documentation required for solar installations, managing regulatory submissions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day office operations of a fast-growing renewable energy firm.
This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek.
Key Requirements
Qualifications:
Preferably holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required.
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Mandarin is a bonus.

岗位职责
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Project Support:
Prepare, submit, and track project applications to relevant authorities (e.g. SEDA).
Register, track, and update all project documents (drawings, reports, permits etc.).
Coordinate the signing and distribution of proposals, contracts and agreements.
Plan solar installation and maintenance schedules; serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries (scheduling, billing and FAQs).
Finance & General Admin:
Process, verify, and issue invoices accurately in the accounting system; assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors, track delivery timelines.
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
Support management with ad-hoc accounting, finance and administrative tasks.
Manage, organize, and archive standard corporate records, financial filings, and general administrative paperwork.
Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and ensure the upkeep of the physical workspace.
