岗位职责
Overseeing after-sales service operations.
Tasked with preparing cost estimates and purchase orders for subcontractors.
Acting as a liaison with the technical department to provide quotes to customers.
Verifying purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices to ensure consistency in quantities and pricing.
Monitoring the availability of spare parts and placing orders as needed.
Coordinating with clients and subcontractors regarding repair work or the installation of new pumps.
Organizing transportation for the delivery of pumps and spare parts.
Assisting the sales team by handling administrative responsibilities.
Facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.
