Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry

Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping

Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Assist in monthly financial reports and closing

Support finance team in ad-hoc tasks when needed

负责日常会计工作及数据录入

开具发票、收据及付款凭证

协助应付账款与应收账款处理

进行银行对账及基础账务处理

整理并归档财务文件

协助每月财务报表及结账工作

配合财务团队完成其他临时任务

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented and responsible

Good communication and teamwork skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
