About the role
We are looking for a proactive and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, marketing collaterals & APP management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
What we're looking for
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field
2. Candidats with 2 ~4 years of experience are welcomed to apply.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin), with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
4. Knowledge of social media platforms and basic app management is an added advantage but not a requirement.
Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics; certification in any of these will be considered an added advantage.
5.Strong organizational and project management skills.
6.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
7.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

岗位职责
What you'll be doing
1.Content Marketing & Digital Campaigns (80%)
Create and produce engaging digital content including campaign ideation, storytelling, and scripting for digital content. (videos, short-form content, captions, and visuals) tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Gain a strong understanding of products and translate key features into compelling, relatable content and narratives.
Collaborate with internal teams, KOLs, and agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
2.Marketing Collaterals & APP Management (20%)
Ensure consistent brand storytelling across offline stores, POSM, displays, and app platforms.
Manage and execute POSM implementation, translating campaign ideas into impactful in-store visuals and experiences.
Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials (brochures, POSM, digital assets), ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient production.
Manage and update app content to reflect the latest campaigns, promotions, and features with engaging and user-friendly messaging.
Support customer engagement through seamless prize redemption processes and in-app content experience.
