• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in industrial products, manufacturing, metals, copper products, engineering products, hardware, or related industries.

• Experience in international B2B sales will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to metal processing, copper products, industrial materials, or hardware industries is highly preferred.

• Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are advantageous.

• Willing to travel extensively

• Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8am to 5:30pm

• Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets in accordance with the approved business budget.

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and business retention.

• Identify, develop, and secure new customers and market opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and business development plans.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, and complaints professionally.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic business partners.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

• Gather market feedback and identify emerging industry trends.

• Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

• Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional activities.

• Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget performance analysis.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures.
