Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields

At least 3 years of export sales experiences in food manufacturing industry

Willing to travel both local and oversea and work independently

Understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors

Good business mind and financial literacy

Strategic thinking and results-oriented

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving

Good work ethic

Fixed Allowance: Meal + Travel

Working Hour: 8am – 5.45pm

Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working Location : Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

Responsible for overseeing and managing day to day activities in both local and oversea market.

Accomplishes business development activities by developing market opportunities and implementing sales planning.

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviews

Build a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customers

Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiatives

Deliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniques.

Plan and implement monthly business plan for the direct reports and customer visit.

Develop market networking, agent or country distributor for market expansion.

Manage Malaysia, Singapore and Asia market.
