Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Proficient in handling full set of accounts
Experience in payroll processing
Experience handling chain store / multi-outlet accounts is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and customers.
Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain financial reports, analyze data, and perform calculations.
Support the Account Management team with financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
